Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ!
I greet you from the Kyiv bomb shelter. Today, with this joint prayer of the rosary that unites us all, we conclude this day of prayer and fasting for peace in Ukraine, which the Holy Father announced for the whole world. We began this way of prayer at 14:00 Kyiv time from the Kharkiv region in the monastery of Pokotylivtsia. Then we moved to Odesa, then to Hrushiv, then Zarvanytsia, Hoshiv, Univ, then we returned to these holy hills of Kyiv that need peace and calm so much. We don’t know ourselves how we will end this time of prayer and hope that you won’t hear the rockets or bombs, but this prayer even in such circumstances, is so precious in God’s eyes. We believe that prayer and fasting for peace in Ukraine for the whole Church and the whole world will be acceptable to God. We also pray for the conversion of our enemies, those who are attacking us, who bomb us, who are shooting at us, who are killing us, for the conversion of Russia, as Our Lady of Fatima requested it, when she appeared to little shepherds. Let us pray! Let us pray to the Theotokos!
